What is a domain?
A domain is the name of an internet address that directs users to a specific location on the internet. It is the part of the URL that determines the location of a website or resource on the internet. For example, in the address "
www.example.com", "example.com" is the domain. Domains can have different levels, with the highest level being the extension - .com, .org, .bg, etc.

What is the price for a domain?
The price of a domain depends on its extension - .com, .net, .biz, etc. The more commonly used an extension is, the cheaper it tends to be. For example, the cost of registering a .com domain ranges from 25 to 30 BGN per year. There are also domain extensions that are much more expensive. Registering a domain with extensions like .protection, .car, or .dealer can cost between 3000 and 5000 BGN per year.

How do I check for a free domain?
If you want to check whether a domain is available, go to the "Domain" menu on our website, then select
"Register a Domain". In the "Domain Search" field, enter the domain name you want to check, along with the extension, for example: "example.com", and click the "Search" button. Wait a few seconds while the system checks if the domain name you are searching for is available. If the name is available, you can proceed with registration by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

How do I register a domain?
From the "Domain" menu, select "
Register a Domain". In the "Domain Search" field, enter the domain you wish to register, along with the extension, for example, "example.com", and click the "Search" button. If the system finds that the domain name is available, you will be redirected to a page where you can add the domain to your cart. Click the "Checkout" button. On the next page, you can choose whether to add hosting services, DNS management, ID protection, and whether you want emails to forward to an email account of your choice. By default, new domains will use our name servers for hosting in our network. Click the "Continue" button to complete your order

What are the types of domains?
Domains are categorized into several main types: generic top-level domains (TLDs) such as .com and .org, country code top-level domains (ccTLDs) such as .bg for Bulgaria, new generic top-level domains (gTLDs) such as .app and .blog, sponsored top-level domains (sTLDs) such as .aero and .museum, infrastructure domains (.arpa), and test domains (such as .test). Generic domains are used for various purposes, while country code domains are associated with specific countries. New and sponsored domains expand domain registration options, while infrastructure and test domains serve specialized technical and testing purposes.

How do I buy a domain?
You can register a domain on our website with great ease. At the beginning of this page, find the field for searching for an available domain name. Enter the domain name you wish to register, along with the extension (e.g., .com, .net, .org, etc.). For example, if you want to register the domain "example.com," you should enter it exactly like that. Then, you will be redirected to the page where you can add the domain to your cart (if it is available) or, if not, search for another available name that you want to register. After adding the domain to your cart, proceed to checkout. On the next step, you can add a hosting plan (you can also change the nameservers to which the domain is pointed) or directly proceed to payment. Confirm your order, and on the final step, you need to fill in your details and choose the payment method - either by bank transfer or via Stripe with a debit/credit card.

Is it possible to use free hosting and domain?
Although there are free hosting services and domain registration options available on the market, the best solution is to own a domain with rights that are exclusively yours. With us, you will receive a free domain for the first year when you order one of our shared or WordPress hosting plans. After the first year, the domain will become paid.

The Top-Level Domain (TLD) is the last segment of the domain name, positioned after the final dot, such as .com, .org, or .bg. These domains indicate the type or geographical affiliation of the website and are managed by various organizations and regulatory bodies.
