HOW DO I POINT MY DOMAIN TO MAX1'S HOSTING SERVERS?
Domain pointing with nameservers (NS)
Two name servers (ns1.max1.cloud and ns2.max1.cloud) are responsible for each Max1.Cloud hosting account. Once you know what they are, you'll be able to point the domain to the hosting account by setting them in its DNS settings control panel.
1. What are nameservers?
You will find information about the name servers responsible for a given hosting account in your customer profile » Domains » Domain management.
2. Set the name servers in the DNS settings of the domain
In the domain management panel, set the two name servers (ns1.max1.cloud and ns2.max1.cloud) and wait for the new DNS information to be updated. Depending on where the domain is registered, the DNS settings management panel his will be located at the company through which he is registered. If the domain is registered through Max1.Cloud, its management panel is located in the customer profile » Domains » Managing Nameservers
Important: Note that after changing the DNS settings for the domain, the technological time to refresh the new DNS information is from 2 to 48 hours. Once the refresh period has passed, the domain will start loading from the hosting account. The domain must be previously added to the hosting account in one of the following ways – main domain, addon domain or parked domain.
Note: If the domain is not registered through Max1.Cloud, the DNS settings management panel will be located in the company through which it is registered. The company that registered the domain must have provided you with a control panel or an access account through which you can change the DNS settings.
